Webb1 sep. 2010 · When I try to start it, it turns over really slow, as if the battery was dead, but the battery tested good, twice, on two different testers. I cleaned up ALL the cable/wire ends, and the frame where the starter is grounded...still cranks slow. I took out the plugs, turned motor over and it cranked faster but still to slow.
