It is making the 7 psi at 6000 rpm but not before that. Lets say it starts making boost at 2500 rpm (1 psi) and goes up from there to this 7 psi at 6000 rpm. Can making more boost at lower rpm's hurt a stock bottom end LS1? Can you make 4 psi at 2500 rpm? Would that hurt the engine?
