Calculate exposure time (500/100 = 5s), set a very high ISO, and you are done. But the truth is, you won't capture any details on such a short exposure time like this. WebMay 21, 2013 · A telescope at prime focus would be the best way. If you don't have a telescope you would need a fairly powerful telephoto lens to get the moon nice and big in the frame. The minimum would have to be a 400mm, even better if you can add a 2x converter to that. At least the moon does not need a long exposure.
