WebTo me, a non-paying tenant is a straight forward eviction especially if they refuse to work on a payment plan or if it’s clear they can’t afford the place. To have a landlord or even a tenant wait almost a year to get to a hearing is ridiculous. The tenants debt increases and so does the financial burden on the landlord. It’s simply not fair.
