However I am unable to just include data in the “values” without it performing a calculation. Tried multiple times to select “no calculation” but doesn’t seem to work. Device is MacBook Pro. Those worksheets "that do not impact the calculations" will in any case be NOT recalculated. So even theoratically turning off calculation in these sheets will not make any difference.

From a cursory search online the easiest way to work around this limitation is to make your formulas all conditional on a trigger. ie =IF (Boolean_Trigger,Your_formula,"").
