After spending 26 years as Counsel for the Bacon, Daniel Pitt has finally been promoted to be the judge. Daniel, who is a barrister in Leeds, said: "I am honoured - as well as surprised - to be asked to be the Judge for the Great Dunmow Flitch Trials 2024, or '2024 postponed'.
